Thank you

I thank the universe for all of my many blessings and magical moments..there are just so so many blessings and gifts. Thanks for my excellent health and flexibility and energetic abilities. My capabilities and desires to work out, yoga, run, bike, swim and more. A healthy mind and body is an active mind and body. lots of Omega-3's too for good memory. I have it - a good memory!

Thanks for my many loves and friendships and talents and plans and musical artistic gifts. I truly appreciate my youthfulness and cuteness. I am cute!

The church would have us not love ourselves and direct and control and manipulate us with fear and shame and guilt ( a little like a republican administration). No longer! I'm past that and I have a happy sex life too since I watched the Oprah on line class with Melody Berger (I believe her name was Berger). So many women called in and said they faked orgasms which couldn't be achieved because of religious taught shame and guilt.

I remember while growing up (Catholic) that sex was okay for guys.. the more the better..but not okay for women.. shameful. Women stayed home and hide pregnancies..were ashamed. The church was behind those limited, ignorant social norms of the times then. Women certainly had their shameful places. Everything was the woman's fault..if a man strayed..from the marriage.. just anything was the woman's fault..if a son was gay (god forbid). What shame!

Once more.. I'm lovable.. and I allow her to love me. I can receive and accept love! It's warm and comforting and wonderful. I love sleeping with her. Yes her!

Life is great.. finally. Life is wonderfully happy and fine! I so thank the universe for watching out over me.. thanks Emma, Ezekiel, Edy and Georgette.. my special spiritual guides. I am so grateful. Thanks.

Please make tomorrow healthy, safe, pain-free and magical! Healthy, wealthy and wise... was the old saying..that holds so true! They forgot loved! and Loving!

Repower America

it's time to get real.. out with oil/gas in with electricity! Yes! Solar, wind and water power. I recently viewed on the Science channel that electrical stripes could be put on New York sidewalks generating electricity for city lights while people walk on the side walk. I also saw a vehicle generating electrical power to the engine as the wheels go around.. how cool is that?

You know the technology has been there since the first electric automobile in 1902 that the evil, greedy oil assholes crushed back then and again in 2003. See the DVD "Who Killed the Electric Car?" One guess.. Bush! Greedy oil company asshole! We don't need coal, natural gas or oil...go away.

We have the technology to make plastics from anything.. and get Monsanto and those chemical companies out of the soy and corn growth.. which is poisoning the people of this country! I'm sick of companies wanting to make people big fact and sick for their medical industry bottom line! Assholes! Beware drug and chemical companies. Check out your local libraries there are many books out there to read regarding Lipitor and other statins drug companies want to push even on those with healthy chloesterol levels.. actually it's tryglceryrides ...whatever...I just read all that I can and try to remain healthy and fit so I don't have to make a drug decision.

Think I'm getting tired of winter...

I didn't run today but watch the inauguration events. It's a very exciting time for America.. finally government for the people.. instead of crooks for the few already rich! Thank god.. Bush is gone!

I'm watching CNN's Campbell Brown.. I got tired of listening to MSNBC's Chris Matthews' high pitched voice. Wonder who is related to? If that was a women's irritating voice she would never get on the air! I'm not very thrilled with Keith Obermann either.. but I'm crazy, absolutely crazy for Rachel Maddow! Simply adorable! I hope the polls reflect the same .. I think they do. Women are just easier on the senses.. don't you agree? And do not try to be entertaining like men do but merely state the facts and allow the news to be entertaining in itself! Too many guys tries to be Jon Stewarts or Steve Cobbert's.. I say forget it.. two is enough!

Well, lots of time is spent listening to commentors' I can do without. Actually in this case I agree with one who says Obama didn't really say anything profound.. I loved the one "yellow be mellow" preacher.. now he was cool! So not a memorable Presidential speech today!

Most of Obama's staff went to the White House this afternoon to begin working...I hope on a stimulist package..due to arrive mid February. I sure could use it along with every other American out there! I hate Bush!

Finally, our new President Obama

is sworn in and the Bush Dynasty is no more...hopefully never again. May Carl Rove fade from sight.. for I think he's the only left to prep and condition another Bush crone. Cheney too old..so is old man Bush..Rumfield..forget it! Jeb too stupid too probably the nephew too! Good riddance and I hope eight years from now.. people still remember.. and not because the economy stills stinks.

Personally I think our economy will rebound after banks get their shit straightened out.. it appears to me that the crooked (un-regulated, left to roam free) CEO's ran with all the first bail out money and we let them! I'm disappointed in Pelosi and Frank!

But what were they to do when Bush appoints Paulson a Goldman Sacks guys to be in the middle to take the money from the government and hand it over to "his" people! Hello! Once more Goldman Sacks only paid 1% in Federal taxes because they are largely based off shore.. again by the graces of Republican crooks who work only for the rich.. yeah until they drain us dry..

Now I guess they'll allow a decent guy in the clean up after them and rebuild the economy so they (Republicans) can try to do it all over again in eight years...but we won't let them! I suggest the greedy crooked CEO's go to Dubai or something.. and get out of here where honest people are trying to make a decent living.

And that's bull shit too that Cheney/Bush wait to deal with Guantanamo and let Obama left with it.

We have been so mistreated that people weeped today when Obama was sworn in at the Inauguration event! Doris Kearns Goodwin, historian, said this event was huge! 1863, 1933, and now 2009 in the time of crisis.. we will remember. Obama has connected with the people, he's for us, finally a president for "We the People"

May Republicans never set foot again in the White House.. certainly the crooks and their lobbyist friends should have enough money now to for awhile...they left with economic destruction in their wake...may they never return.. to do more harm!

I said ditch the Republicans party altogether and impeach their crooked, deregulating asses.. make them accountable.. for a change!

So what was the point of allowing all these deregulations? They did no good but make fools of Republicans.. the crooks took the money and ran! Then Republicans like fools give them more...does Pelosi really know what's she is doing.. they should have insisted on oversight and guidelines! Stupid fools or crooks? I say crooks.. it's plain common sense to not do what they allowed to be done!

Thankful

As I sit here typing after dinner my stomach filled with delicious and nutritional blackened salmon, cauliflower and broccoli, preceded by a mixed greens salad sprinkled oil and vinegar followed by fresh frozen fruit for desert. Later I'll have cottage cheese and frozen fruit! I actually prefer it to Ben & Jerry's. Yes, the other day I had some and all I tasted was sugar..too sweet! I've totally gotten away from sweets and all the white things...and now I don't even want them. Now you know why I'm grateful. I eat well! I'm very fortunate to be wise to know it's better for my health.

I am grateful for my youthful body and good health and so I feed it with nutritional good only. Omega 3's for my mind and memory. Good protein for my hair. Collagen for my skin. I'm cute! Yes, I am.. youthful. Cute figure! I've been told I'm hot by a young woman! Now that's gift in itself! That made my whole year.. and then some! I've been thinking I needed a compliment like that..well I got it.

Being grateful is key. Thinking about, therefore contacting, my spiritual advisors on the other side I thank them for their protection and their gift to me of brilliance, talents, sensitivity, thoughtfulness, my common sense. My good health. My pain free active days filled with running, swimming, yoga, biking and all the things I want to do.

I must remember that my mind is very powerful.. what I think, what I wish, happens! So, I'm grateful and I'm very careful of my thoughts and wishes.

Just like I know my love and my friends love me...as I them. I ask for their longevity (mine too) and our good health, wisdom and prosperity and wealth (oh think is a major correction and when it's past our economy will not only rebound but be stronger than every for all...jobs and spending will come easily. Existing corporations and manufacturers will retool with new advanced technologies for food, power and electricity. We'll be better than fine.. we'll prosper! And the lesson learned will be prominent and everlasting. There will be impeachments to make lessons stick and to send out global warnings. Integrity, honor and ethical practices will be demanded and practiced globally.

I hope I'm not forgetting anything or anyone..I well aware of them and treasure all of my gifts.. from my head to my toes.. my mind, my memory, my brain, my brilliance! I'm excited about life! I love life! I appreciate life and it's gifts.

I thank my special spirit guides Emma, Ezekiel, Edy and Georgette for looking out for my best interests and giving me love and intimacy and affection I need. I hope all is well.. come visit me anytime.. and if there is anything I can do (intuitively I will know if I am able.. or I'll be driven.. and know. ..you know like I was in2003, 2004 and 2005 and 2006..when I total life changed.) That wasn't total change of life...that was destiny! I had offered my services to the other side.. and it was accepted.. it was rather cool actually.
