I love life..

and I would venture to say it shows. I am most grateful that I can run half marathon... I've done two this week - on Sunday and again today.

I feel wonderful and youthful. I truly needed to get out there and run my ass off.. because I have been feeling lately that it has been growing. Anyway, the scale or the fit of my jeans do not lie. They are getting just a bit snug. I don't like that. So, no snacks in the evenings for me. Thank god the holiday are over.

Don't get me wrong.. the holiday were my best yet this year. I look forward to 2008 and the election in the fall. Did you watch the Iowa Caucus on CNN. No? Well the New Hampshire caucus is coming up on 1/8 so you have another chance. Catch CNN whenever you can and you'll stay up to date. Remember your vote counts so do your homework, listen and vote accordingly.
